We are ready to take your call!
In short, Kat did a phenomenal job. She has obviously done a lot of move-out deep cleans within York, is experienced with what the agencies demand, and therefore knows all the little corners and nooks where they will look. She is also diligent in sticking to her quote, and I had to insist on compensating her for the (not inconsiderable) additional and unexpected time that was needed to complete the job. The reason for my insistence; a comprehensive and excellent level of cleaning. Even though we initially had some 'dialogue' with the letting agency over the deposit, the areas of the house that she deep cleaned (kitchen and bathroom) were immaculate to the level that they could not question, a special achievement due to the age of the house and fittings and the difficulties associated with that fact. If you are looking for a cleaner, especially with similar circumstances to ours (deep clean when moving out of a rental property) then I would most heartily recommend Kat's Krystal Cleaning.

We had Kat do a full house clean including oven and carpets. The difference afterwards is amazing, the house looks great and everything is sparkling! The oven looks new again. It is really lovely to meet someone who is so enthusiastic at what they do. Thank you Kat!
